Hi, I'm Adaya Adalay, a real estate broker with John L. Scott Real Estate, proudly serving Spokane and the surrounding communities.

I've always had a passion for homes, architecture, design, and business, so real estate has been a natural place for me to combine those interests with what I enjoy most—helping people. Before becoming a broker, I worked in property management, where I gained valuable experience and developed an even greater appreciation for the many moving parts that go into buying, selling, and caring for a home.

I'm also a proud mom, a dog mom, and an artist at heart. I love finding creative solutions, seeing the potential in a space, and appreciating the little details that make a house feel like home. Having gone through the home buying and selling process myself, I also understand it from a personal perspective. I know the excitement, the questions, the decisions, and sometimes even the stress that can come along the way, which is why I strive to be the kind of realtor I would want by my own side.

One of my favorite parts of this career is that every client and every home has its own story. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I work with, learning what matters most to them, and understanding their wants, needs, and goals. One of my favorite parts of working with buyers is figuring out how to bring all of those pieces together to find a home that truly fits. It feels like solving a puzzle, and there's nothing more rewarding than seeing everything fall into place. For sellers, I enjoy creating a plan that highlights your home's strengths while helping make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
